Does Balkan Holidays do a loyalty discount?
Yes. Repeat customers can save an extra 5% off selected bookings with the loyalty bonus. Once you've confirmed your online booking, contact the reservations department on 0845 130 1114 to check if the loyalty discount is applicable to your latest booking.
Are transfers included on all Balkan Holiday bookings?
Transfers are included with all package holidays, except for those to the Varna area when arriving at Bourgas airport. If you have booked a flight-only option, transfers are available for an additional fee, which you can add to your booking before payment.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, changes are possible. If you need to amend your booking, doing so more than 57 days before your departure will incur an administration charge. Please note that these charges increase as the departure date approaches.
Can I pay for my Balkan Holiday in installments?
Yes. Once you've paid your initial £49 deposit, you can spread the cost of the remaining holiday balance by pressing the 'Manage My Booking' tab at the top of their homepage.
