What started out as a small business has since evolved into an intimate team of 20+ like-minded professionals, many of whom are extended family and friends. But that's not to say we're not looking to expand our dynamic workforce. In fact, many of our talented bunch started out as apprentices.

Our intimate office space tucked away βUp Northβ is the perfect environment for our teams to work simultaneously and empower one another! But as much as we love being together, we know how important it is for everyone to enjoy life around work. That's why we offer nominated work-from-home days and a shortened work week.
Yes, you read that right. Our team leaves an hour early every day without losing out on pay. Cool, we know. We also encourage flexible working hours that suit your lifestyle. Need to fit work around school runs or university? Go for it. In fact, some of our staff work remotely full-time - one even works abroad!
We're also big believers in ensuring everyone reaches their potential. Tailoring tasks to your specific interests and skillset encourages motivation & job satisfaction!
But that doesn't mean you won't be in for a challenge. We're always working on the next big thing and we certainly make the most of having a wealth of expertise and knowledge under one roof.
All our training is provided in-house which means we're constantly learning, evolving and growing - together. There's also he opportunity to visit annual events like BrightonSEO that help inspire our next move.
Our Head Office
Situated in the North West corner of the Fylde Coast is our Head Office, in the small town of Fleetwood. But there's nothing small about NetVoucherCodes. In our cosy workspace, we're achieving big things!
Our expert teams are split across 2 office spaces, all conveniently next door to one another, making it easy to communicate and collaborate on ideas throughout the day. Our handy kitchen allows staff to fuel up on tea & coffee as and when they please and we ensure our fridge is well stocked with snacks & refreshments. After all, being this fantastic is thirsty work.
Plus, we also have our very own break room and private area for staff to chill out during their lunch breaks. And with beautiful views over the River Wyre Nature Reserve and the Fleetwood dock fishing harbour, it really is the perfect switch-off space.
Fancy a stroll or a spot for lunch? Fleetwood beach is just a short walk away, or you'll find lots of quaint cafes and bakeries dotted around!
There are also fantastic amenities surrounding us, like Fleetwood Town Football Club, The Cod Army as we would say and the one and only Fisherman's Friend factory.
Social Calendar
We're a smart bunch here at NetVoucherCodes, but one thing we have down to a tee is having a good time, and we're not afraid to admit it. We like to keep our social calendar pretty booked up with team-building activities throughout the year.
Company Socials
Work can get pretty hectic, which is why our company socials are the perfect environment for letting our hair down!
Once a quarter, the whole NVC team will head out for some fun - and this usually entails a drink (or 3).
But the event we all look forward to is our yearly trip to the Manchester Christmas Markets. This is always something we love after a busy Black Friday period. Not to mention our glitzy Christmas Party.
Training Days
Who doesn't love to learn? We certainly do, which is why our annual trip to the incredible BrightonSEO conference is always a highlight.
Listening to industry experts really helps get our creative juices flowing and we always come away with a buzz.
Apprenticeships
As part of our corporate culture, NetVoucherCodes has proudly employed a number of apprentices over the years - many of which have stayed with us! We believe our unique workspace is the perfect environment for young people to learn and develop in an exciting industry that's constantly changing.

Back in 2015, I took a huge risk by dropping out of university at the age of 19. I knew within the first few months that it wasn't for me and was desperate to go straight into work. So in 2016, I decided to look into taking on an apprenticeship but didn't have a clue where to start. I've always loved creative writing and knew it was something I wanted to pursue. Luckily, the local college found an apprenticeship position perfect for me at NetVoucherCodes - and I'm still here today. It's hard to articulate in just a few words how much I have learnt & progressed over the years, but one thing I will say is that I wouldn't be where I am today without the help & expertise of my NVC family. Who knew you could create a career out of doing something you love!

It's hard to believe, but I first started my apprenticeship with NetVoucherCodes when I was just 16. I realised sixth form wasn't for me, and instead, I wanted to gain work experience while learning at the same time. So when I noticed a Social Media and Content Writing position becoming available, I snapped it up! And well, 6 years later I'm still here now. The skills I have learnt on the job have been invaluable. Everything I know, I have learnt from my fantastic colleagues, and I continue to learn every single day. I also decided to go back to university a couple of years ago and will soon be starting my master's degree! Work has been totally flexible around this, allowing me to work part-time to pursue my goals. Many of which I apply in my day-to-day role.

When I joined NetVoucherCodes I was just out of secondary school. I was unsure of what career path to take until they gave me a lifeline in the way of a job opening for an apprenticeship. The scheme allowed me to get first-hand experience in marketing, a field I already knew I had some interest in, as well as giving me fundamental skills and professional training in all different roles within the business. For example, training in coding, analytics, graphic design, content writing and much more. As a result of the apprenticeship, I was able to go on to university to study a degree in marketing, and already have a headstart on all my classmates as I came in with valuable real-life knowledge and industry experience.
