Yes, H Samuel offers free returns both in-store and by post within 30 days. To return in-store, bring your item in its original packaging along with your receipt or despatch note.
For postal returns, complete the returns form, generate a free returns label via the Royal Mail website, and send the item back for a refund to your original payment method.
