Yes! If you want to exchange your mobile, then you're in luck. They offer a 30-day exchange policy from the receipt date, so if your handset has a fault within a 30-day period, then you will have to return the handset for screening and testing. After the fault has been confirmed, they will exchange the handset for the same model and make for you. Make sure your item is in a resalable condition along with the original box and accessories when you return it.
How do I cancel my order?
Do you want to return your product(s) within the cooling-off period of 14 days? If so, then you must give 30 days' notice when requesting this. You can do this via phone to their customer service team, and be aware that you may have to be a cancellation fee.
