Yes, standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £29! For orders below this amount, delivery costs £4 and takes 7-10 days. If you need your items sooner, express shipping is available for £12 and takes 3-7 days. Express shipping is free for orders over £100.
How do I get a Refund at Shein?
Shein accepts returns within 60 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Note that lingerie, sleepwear, bodysuits, and jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Log in to your account, select the order you want to return and print a pre-paid returns label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (£3.50 for parcels under 1kg and £6.50 for parcels 1-2kg). Alternatively, you can cover the postage costs yourself by sending the item back from your local Post Office. Refunds, minus the original shipping cost, will be processed within 10 days of Shein receiving your return.
